A lot of ideas about new‑resident experience don’t fit cleanly into Viewer, Server, or Marketplace, and they sometimes get buried in general Feature Requests. Onboarding is its own design layer; expectation‑setting, first‑hour clarity, social acclimation, and a dedicated board here would make these ideas easier to find, track, and prioritize. It would also help residents contribute more directly to LL’s retention goals.
