Spidey Linden The merged post from Cooter Coorara is asking for member-facing group join dates. I personally don't see any real use for that. This new post from Manda Woodget is asking for admin-facing join date which would give group admins a LOT of valuable info. (to be placed with the "last active" column in the member list) For example, if my store (or whatever) runs a promotion, we could see if this promotion actually resulted in new group members and how many. To me, this would be a gold mine of highly useful data.

One problem we all face, especially as we add years to our Second Life, is managing groups. To help with this, and to aid in weeding out older groups that we may not utilize any longer, add the date joined to the group list in contacts. Make the list sortable alphabetically or by the date joined. With groups sorted by date, we can easily find old groups that we joined years ago and never use and leave that group to make room for new, current groups.
