Allow Estate Managers to Schedule Region Restarts

As an estate manager (EM) I would like to set up a recurring schedule (Daily, weekly, etc.) for my regions to restart so that I do not need to restart them manually.
Background
Quite a few estate managers are manually restarting their regions every day to reduce the pain from memory leaks. It's not uncommon for real-time simulation servers, such as dedicated game hosts, to provide a method to schedule regular restart times, often daily.
Solution
Add a form to schedule automatic estate restarts to the estate management floater.

I am using smartbots as a workaround right now. With almost 800 regions to manage, we have scheduled weekly restarts on weekends and our bot is doing them. Works great. But yes, this would be much better and it would save some L$ as well.

I noticed the region_schedule command in the Region Debug console doesn't show any scheduled events for the upcoming Wednesday (in my case) for the restarts issued by LL automatically every week. And, I was wondering if you can make it so region_schedule could show those events and even cancel them so that we can replace them with our own scheduled reboots. For example, if I wanted the following Sunday at 7 AM SLT to be the actual reboot day for patches.

So while this is a good idea, what's the actual plan on fixing the actual problems, you know the memory leaks? Again, this is a nice change, but what would be nicer is the bugs fixed in the first place.

Is needing to reboot a region to resolve issues that common of a problem?
I think I've only ever had to reboot mine less than once a year over the past 12 years.

Kadah Coba Depends on how busy the region is. For most places, the weekly lindenrolls are probably enough. For particularly busy spots with a lot of arrivals/departures, once per day or two might be necessary to keep odd glitches at bay.
