Allow sub-folders in Outfits
complete

Reinstate creation of sub-folders in Outfits. This was allowed until fairly recently. People end up with a large number of outfits in a single list and cannot classify them by type, color etc.

I'll leave this here as a suggestion of something I'd like to see with this.
The ability to save OUTFITS that are just that... OUTFITS Not Bodies, Not Tattoo's... Just OUTFITS. I spend way too much time manually crafting outfit folders because the current system is not an OUTFIT manager it is an AVATAR manager.
Currently if you update your body... Yep, you have to fix every outfit because the shortcut is no longer correct. Change your shape? Update every outfit. Change Tattoo...

CalebBlain Resident update links exists in Firestorm. It's really easy to mass update your outfits.

CalebBlain Resident Best you can do is make head/body separate from the clothing outfit. That way you can easily "replace" head/body while keeping clothes on and vice versa by "wear" instead of using the actual replace/add option. This works with the assumption that each item have their own attachment-point to replace.
Ember Ember
River Vortex Default Linden Viewer also has the function to Update Links now. (Not sure when they added it, but grateful it’s there.)

River Vortex not true. The order of bom layers has to be done manually for each outfit
River Vortex
Anastacia Bloodrose what I wrote IS true. Nobody mentioned the order of BOM layers unless I missed it.

Return subfolder creation to Outfits, Landmarks, etc
Zia Underwood
You used to be able to create sub folders in the parent directory of various specialized system folders. Now you cannot. I would like that functionality returned to allow for inventory management.
Currently if you have preexisting folders in these directories you are able to create new subfolders within those folders but unble to create new ones in the parent directory.

I guess there is a trick for creating a folder in Outfits folder... open Outfits folder in new window > click plus sign at the bottom > create new > folder

OMG, YES. THIS. I miss having this option. Thankfully I still have folders in my main Outfits folder from before this change was implemented, and I can create subfolders using those, but I miss being able to actually create folders on the main Outfits folder. It would be SO helpful for those of us who don't use the appearance menu, and to sort through outfits properly, and efficiently.
I would upvote this change a million times over if I could because I REALLY miss this feature. Why it was taken away from us is mindboggling to me.
