Allow sub-folders in Outfits

Reinstate creation of sub-folders in Outfits. This was allowed until fairly recently. People end up with a large number of outfits in a single list and cannot classify them by type, color etc.

I also use sub-folders in my outfits folder and miss it terribly. I can move outfits into those existing folders, but cannot create new folders, which I really, really need.

What changed? System folders like that one are only special in that they have a dedicated special icon, created by default, and certain features interact with it.

Not just for lazy or messy people. I’m part of a dance company and it's very handy to organize my outfits in folders and subfolders named for each show.

I know this has already been accepted, but I want to add that manual folders that were created inside the Outfits folder (back when it was possible) still work just fine.
(The only thing that doesn't work is that these folders don't show up in the Appearance window. I dress from Inventory, so this doesn't bother me.)
I have many manual folders inside Outfits, which I use to categories my outfits. I have never seen any problem result from using them. The only thing that is currently impossible is to create new manual folders in the top level of Outfits.
When implementing this change, please don't do anything to destroy currently working manual folders.

This would be very useful

Personally i don't use the outfits folder but i proceed that way : i have a THEMES general folder (scifi, fantasy etc as well as sub themes) where i have sufolders including outfits but also furrniture, builds etc.
Moreover to quickly filter outfits from the outfits menu, i added #tags into their names for example #HIST for history, #SF for science fiction etc. that way i only see what i need, knowing that i use the same classification into my inventory folders too, so that i can easily create new outfits.
Knowing that i have more than 10 years inventory let's say that it keeps being correctly classified that way, not relying on any new feature that could change depending on the environment or decisions from LL or any other editor.
And why split my steampunk clothing from my builds when i want to party ? :-)

I assume its removal must have been some technical issue. It's very inconvenient, leading people to find workarounds, which are not ideal. Please reinstate this :)

Why this was removed I've never understood, but yes, just from a pure organization standpoint, it's needed, and great to see it's back on the roadmap, thank you so much LL.
