Second Life has numerous paths to transitioning from one region to another. Double clicking the map, clicking a link or a landmark, being teleported by an experience-linked attachment, and so on.
When a 'map link' or a 'secondlife:///' uri are shared in local or group chat, llDialogs, group notices, or in IMs, they are usually re-rendered in a more 'user friendly' manner.
As you can see, no indication is given here, to let the user make an informed decision about whether to visit the teleport destination or not.
I suggest the addition of system-standard maturity markers, inline, after the rendered destination hyperlink, like so.
With the recent TOS changes, a lot of onus is being placed on residents to 'knowingly avoid' regions of a given maturity rating. That issue aside, many residents often report 'not wanting to visit A-rated locations' as a personal lifestyle choice, and often times a resident may not be dressed appropriately to visit a G-rated region, and may want to avoid that.
There are many reasons this information is important, to ALL residents. Providing a predictable user experience is extremely important, and by providing clear information about what to expect
