I was estate manager for SL Multiverse Fair the past few days and ran across a griefer that was using an html text to voice generator script to send voice across the event. These were in very short bursts with a lot of random inappropriate comments. We saw the URL that was doing it but locating what prim it was took a very long time. We could have stopped it quickly if there was a method to have a URL Block list at Estate Level
