I get it, if you see someone hackling, harassing, disturbing, you lodge a complain, it's easy and you do it in-viewer. Someone try to scam, spam, etc, same thing. Saw someone violating ToS? File it to the (wo)men in charge, no need for the feedback channel.
BUT: if have you noticed some large scale breach of policies that are affecting more than one region, more people, then filing a support ticket sometimes isn't enough to bring the necessary awareness and attention.
This thread from Willow Curry caught my attention because on this:
Why exactly is this called a "feedback channel" if there is no place for feedback? Of course, the Land team has no bearing on the subject (besides the "public work" in the name it's about the real estate, not the crowd), but support will also be hard pressed to be able to do anything regardind a general issue that spans multiple SIMs and no names attached (it's about policing the inner mechanics, some "server side" script that LL could control to comply with the Law instead of leaving it to users that can manipulate results).
I'm not here to make Willow's case, they are their own thing, I'm here to ask for a Feedback channel inside this Feedback channel were cases like Willow's can be public heard. Every single Board here is about the technical parts of SL and not a single one about users (and this particular issue is one example of both).
if we treat "Public Policies" as a technical feature, things might get clearer faster, and with less turmoil along the way.
Just a thought.
