I am a premium plus user whose messages get capped almost nightly. This is causing a serious problem with my rental payments across multiple markets. Due to message capping, I'm missing rental notices, which makes it appear I'm deliberately avoiding payments, damaging my reputation as a reliable tenant.
Since Linden Lab now owns Casper, I request a technical solution: please create a system where rental payment notices bypass the regular message cap. Perhaps rental notifications could be treated as system notifications or priority messages that always get delivered.
This issue has directly impacted me multiple times. Last month, I missed three payment notices and faced potential eviction from a prime location despite having funds available. As someone who invests in Premium Plus membership, I believe reliable communication about financial obligations should be a basic service.
Could you implement a dedicated 'Rental Notifications' tab in the interface or a priority flag for these critical messages? It could easily be in our Website account menu, "On or off." This would significantly improve the experience for residents like me who are active in the rental market but who also have so much communication that sometimes these things don't even appear to us.
