What I noticed; Premium homes are often being used as a store even though it is against the covenant there isn't a lot but its a mixed bag out there.

My idea; To have an option to choose between having a linden home or having a small store plot instead in a region entirely separate to the residential areas -because honestly it's an eyesore and we want neighbors!

The store plots could be even in their own seperate regions- think of them as like "shopping regions" so anyone who goes into these regions won't be annoyed because that's what they are there for to begin with!
