Default more projector lights

I find the biggest thing I struggle with in content creation for SL is the outdated light system we have. I try to make my builds look decent without baking lights, but SL projector lights while they should work to do what I need, they tend to "fade out" the shadows when you have more than 2. I understand we are hopefully working towards a new light system with Vulkan god willing, but is there anyway you guys can just TURN ON more projector lights so we can build faithfully?

Title: Support for more than two shadow casting lights
Details: SL has for a very long time supported dynamic shadows for up to two projector lights. This requests asks for:
- A viewer-controlled count of shadow casting lights
- Shadows on point lights
Note that this has technical implications in the viewer, namely how shadow filtering works. The shadow filtering in the viewer is handled as a post process that can filter up to four shadows in the viewer - ambient occlusion, sun/moon, and up to two projectors. This change requires changing how shadow filtering and sampling works, which in turn changes how shadows will look.

Additionally they will go through walls if you add more than 2. This needs more upvotes. The lighting really needs to get upgraded it would make Everything for creators and consumers alike, easier.

As an example, I have two projector lights on the windows - reason is because that's the best way to achieve a more accurate scene look. But that leaves me none for the bar or over the tables because if I turn them on, they will wash out and break the lights coming from the windows.
