Enable higher resolution than 360p in YouTube displayed on a media prim

There is no reason to get video resolution so low knowing that bandwidth is much higher on when displaying video on any external web browser, thanks to optical fiber and even using a phone as a bridge to Internet.
21st century is high bandwidth and high quality, no more ADSL stone age ... and i don't even talk about those having a 4K display.
PS: In France we are starting closing all copper telecom connections which means fiber or high speed phones for everybody, moreover unlimited in volume. Sorry if USA is lagging behind ...
