Event Notices Upgrade

It would be great if the event notices allowed more characters. Even 20 more would help, but 50 would be ultimate. It would also be wonderful, if there could be some limited features to add bold, underlines, colors to text, a few different fonts all built in so it can be done right as you create the notice.

It would also be helpful if editing an existing event was not taken off they daily 15 allowance, this is a big hindrance
