Grant land rez permissions if merely in a group, not requiring it be active.

When rez permissions on land are restricted to a group, you currently have to set that group as active for you to be able to rez objects there. This poses an issue in that you may be in more than one such group and frequently move between two (or more!) areas with such permissions, as you have to remember to switch active groups every time.
I currently have a HUD to deal with this on my behalf, but I'd like to be able to drop that and free up script memory whilst not having to remember to change groups. I propose rez permissions only require you be be
in
the required group, not to have it active. This is a similar request to https://feedback.secondlife.com/feature-requests/p/feature-request-automatic-group-switch-based-on-land-parcel, but instead I seek to do away with switching active groups altogether.

Honestly, as much as I don't want to come off as /that/ type of person, this is such a non or miniscule issue it doesn't warrant the dev time to "fix". Just deal with it and switch groups. Plus as Lucia mentioned, there is already a way for group or land owners to allow this. It's really not a big deal.

Over group-owned land, there is explicit rezzing and implicit rezzing capability. The former requires group tag worn. The latter does not. The latter is facilitated through the group ability, Parcel Powers > Always allow 'Create Object'.
Additionally, TPVs such as Firestorm have the viewer setting, Preferences > Firestorm > Extras > Always rez objects under the land group if possible.
