Image & Slurl/Landmark function added to Group Notices

IMAGE:
Currently to add an image to a notice you either drag and drop the image, include a notecard with the image or link to an outside resource for the image.
It would help the ease of use if attaching an image by either drag and drop of an in world texture, uuid or an upload directly in the notice like 'IMAGE" uses was possible. This would then allow the notice sender to still include a further information notecard, or landmark only to the attachment area of the notice, but an image could be seen by hovering over the notice itself (just like 'image' works with inventory folders/objects).
A lot of people do not like being made to look outside of SL for images of the content they may be interested in, or having to log into/join other resources to see them. Hovering over a notice would also allow for an instant decision on if you want to proceed to go to the location that the notice is promoting etc.
SLURL/Landmark:
Being able to also add a SLURL/Landmark into a separate section in the notice means that again pasting a slurl directly to the item in question is possible, without creating its own landmark. It could be then clicked on to directly TP or save to inventory and a landmark is created.
The attachment section could then be kept exclusively for proper information notecards if needed, or demos, group gifts etc that are being sent out.

Visually, on receiving a notice, it would make it better organized and non invading to have on a line 3 clearly identified button style areas dedicated to landmark / image on hovering / items download, using already existing pictos already known by users.

This would be awesome so many times I've had to choose do I want to send the LM, the image or the NC or send multiple notices.
