In World Data hosting

Allow Creators/scripters to run an In World hosted database, maybe being premium and an added $5 a year, allowing for faster and more secure(?) hosting.

I put together an off-world database that runs on AWS’ free tier. I built it when Experience key/value stores weren’t available globally, but it doesn’t have the experience’s size limitation. Might meet your needs if Experiences don’t.

Although it's nothing fancy like SQL, I just want to point out that we DO have the ability to host persistent data in SL using Experience Key Value Storage.
You get 128MiB of persistent storage, which is quite a lot for most things.

COULD kinda ish do this now thnx to linkdataset, writing to a notecard would be cool too. the major issue with this is that llRequestURL() only gives a temprary url to use that lasts for like 12 hours. I usually just store all data to a external mariadb server via laravel php and use llRequestURL to fetch like uuid to name data. I say wait and see what LL can do with the LUA engine, they could probably do something better for your idea then.

We really do need this. And now that we're all-in on AWS, should be a much more rational ask than before. DynamoDB with the document data model is literally swimming in the same fish pond that SL is. (Or close enough to it to make this a pretty reasonable ask in this day and age)

Pretty sure DynamoDB is what underlies Experience key/value stores already.
