Increase group notice character limit

Current character limit (~512) is really restrictive, especially if you're trying to put, for example, more than one url / slurl in there. (Yes, I know about URL shorteners, they're timebombs; and I know you can attach landmarks. I'm just using these as an example)

can
use notecards as an attachment in the notice as a workaround, but that takes up the singular notice attachment slot, which isn't super ideal if you have something that isn't fullperm (and therefore notecard-able) you want to send out too.New character limit doesn't have to be novel-length; even just doubling it to 1024 would help a ton.

Good suggestion and no matter what the limit is, it would be nice to know when you've hit the limit before posting. It's disappointing to see a Notice missing the last few characters.

I have noticed that, for group notices, there are 3 different character limits in the 3 different places it displays.
- Where you write the notice.
- Where it displays in the group profile.
- Where it displays in the notification pop up.
It would be much better if they all had the same max character limit so you couldn't type more than it displays in the group profile and pop up and, hence, never cuts off.
I am using Firestorm like many people so if this is an Firestorm issue, please let me know and I will direct it to them.

The character limit is also inconsistent. It's down to about 450-something characters when looking at the notices archive - the rest is truncated even though the UI has room to show more.

In particular, the integration of links (landmarks or groups) can quickly inflate even a slim post. Duplicating the characters currently used for example would help immensely.
