Library PBR Environments permission fix request

All the PBR Nacon environment in the Library are not full permission.
They show creator as Alexandria Linden but I have not had any response to messages requesting perms be updated.
As they all do not have Transfer permissions, they are limited to Apply only to me. You cannot modify them as they will not 'transfer' to your inventory.
This affects the only set of PBR environment in the Library.

A Linden Lab answer to an open ticket about this bug send me here.
So it's a feature not a bug 😂
In addition to this request, if it will be possible to create a link in own inventory to the PBR Nacon locked (a link like we have for clothes or weared objects) it will be good for me. Thank you.
