Log in Screen: "Region Offline" or "Region Restarting" warning prompt.

Please create a "Region Offline", "Region Restarting" or "Region About To Restart" warning prompt in the login screen which detects what region you're attempting to log in to, including your Home, Last Login or from a specific region name.
Then if the requested region is "Region Offline", "Region Restarting" or "Region About To Restart", the log in screen should suggest an alternative online location where it is currently safe to login to.
This would prevent the frustration felt by people unable to log in to Second Life at their usual or last location, or lack the ability to log in by manually elsewhere by typing in another region name.

Issue is that until you try to connect to the server for that sim and get the unavailable you are already logged in on the primary which automatically uses a default location if offline. The primary can not determine what is and is not until it contacts the sim server.

fun fact : did you know if you go to login to an "offline" or "restarting" region SL servers move you to a Safe hub?
Ikaros Alpha
spirit Wingtips She might know that after being in SL for nearly 17 years. Just a feeling.

Additional Feature idea:
Add an additional clickable scrolling World Map to the Login Screen so that users can choose their login region much more quickly and simply?
The manually typed Home Location, Last Login and Region Name choices should still remain too.
An additional World Map on the Login Screen could also show which regions are currently online or offline, as offline regions or ones restarting usually look "browned out", while the online ones appear normal.
A World Map would also be the new users first look at Second Life's world and would show these new users that the world they're about to login to for the first time extends vastly further than a Welcome Hub region.
I've added an imagined mockup of a scrolling Login Map idea below, using the default LL Second Life viewer login screen.

Agreed and better than being automatically redirected to an adult hub which can be annoying. The choice of alternative locations could use the saved favourites.
