New LSL llSetPermissions([SCRIPT,options, OBJECT, options])

As a content creator it would greatly help if there was a command which would automatically change permissions of a script/Object inv item or a whole object.
Then we could have a simple command on the lines of - if(llGetOwner() != llGetCrator() ) llSetPermissions([SCRIPT,-M-T,OBJECT,-M-T]); so we don't automatically forget to change permissions on items.
Calvert - can not set -T and -C together and can not ADD permissions to objects/scripts

That has been suggested several times in the past, which shows how much creators need it. Yes please!

I could see this also being useful for things like drink machines so that the machine would automatically set the permission of the drinks before handing them out.

Kyrah Abattoir I could see it being abused though. Creators could sell items as one perms but then remotely change the permission after sale as some sort of punishment or scam.

Darien Caldwell Oh I don't mean this way, more as a way for the script to set "next owner permissions" not change permissions that already got locked down.

Darien Caldwell I am sure that any creator who did that would soon get known about. I know one creator who does that with her database, if she don't like you or you say anything she don't like she blocks all her products from working with you.
