Offline auto reply messages

As a creator, I tend to check my email frequently to see if I missed any offline messages. Often times those offline messages are a simple "hi" or "hello" that could be first steps of a customer's inquiry. Sometimes that's leads to just IM tag in hopes we're online at the same time. I think it'd be really helpful for the creator community and SL as a whole if we had the option to have "Offline away messages".
For example if a resident messages me while I'm off line, they'll get a response back to the effect of
"Hi I'm currently offline. If you have a request for [store name] please leave me a detailed message or drop me a notecard! Thanks!"
I feel this could help boost engagement between the consumer and business if the person can leave the message/notecard so the issue can be promptly addressed once I'm back online.
Thanks for your consideration!

Title: The ability to set an auto response for when not being online
Details: I'm sure many would appreciate this feature, especially shop/sim/club owners.
Best case, this could be an auto response separate for friend and non friends. Attention, not to be sent to blocked avatars of course.

I would also love this, you have to be logged in sl to give people a auto reply.
It would be great to have this when you're not online as people never read profiles, I get tired of the "hi" messages

I leave the "Only friends and groups know when I am online" box unchecked at all times just for this reason. Customers can see I'm offline. I also have a line in my profile that says "I get offline messages, please leave a notecard for extra security that I get your message."

There are auto-responses for a bunch of other scenarios, so I wonder why this isn't a thing already. But it's very much needed.
My IMs get capped every time I'm selling something at an event, and sometimes outside of events too. Despite saying on my profile that my IMs get capped & that customers should send a notecard if they have a question or issue, a lot of people STILL IM me instead. This isn't surprising since profile text is easily missed and not everyone reads it. So, having an offline autoresponse would be a good way to fix this and make sure nobody ends up being accidentally ignored.

I also would love something like this. In all my auto response messages - I am directing my customers to use the Help Bot Webhook to my Discord server, ask directly in the Discord server, or to drop me a notecard. When I am offline I do not get to direct them to the appropriate portals for help.
I often log in and log out to test things, work offline or on a beta grid, and sometimes real life happens and I just need to go. Being able to have that offline interaction if someone is trying to get ahold of me would positively influence consumers to get accurate and precice help when they are in need.
