Please allow group owners to set a notice that is sent to someone immediately upon joining the group. This could be used to give them the rules of the group chat, deliver a welcome gift or notecard, and so forth.

It would need to be editable, but in all other ways would work like a "normal" group notice, except it does not expire, and only goes out to someone immediately upon joining.

LL could also use this to boost participation in things like the SL Birthday group or similar. (Yes, some would join to get the gift and then leave. That's the way the prim cookie derezzes.)
