Reduce Minimum Display Distance to 48 Meters, Maybe 32

The fastest way to improve FPS is to reduce Display Distance. On older computers, this can be an immeasureable help. Firestorm allows both 48 and 32.

Hello, and thank you for your feature request regarding reducing the minimum display distance to 48 meters, or even 32 meters. This is indeed a valuable suggestion, especially for residents using older computers.
