Items should already be removed from your Wishlist upon purchase/gifting.

Hello, and thank you for your feature request regarding the option to remove items from favorites/wishlist after purchases on the marketplace. This idea has been brought up in the past and is currently tracked. We have no estimate when it may be implemented, but please keep an eye on future updates.
