It'd be really useful to put a report button right on the IM window so that you don't have to pull up the profile, and the profile window isn't in the way.

I don't know if it's a Firestorm-specific thing, but in Firestorm you can right-click a user's name (or ⌘-click for Mac) and there's a "Report Abuse..." entry in the context menu.
