Select Reflection Probes - Disabled again after relog.

### What just happened?
I'm trying to enable the option to select reflection probes and found that option to disable itself after a relog.
### What were you doing when it happened?
Since i'm a Firestorm user, i asked in the Firestorm Preview group about this. I was told this is how LL did it and they took over the code like that.
### What were you expecting to happen instead?
I don't know if it is deliberate but i can tell you that if it is, it is beyond all logic. When i change something in a setting as an end user, i expect it to remain this way.
### Other information
Again, if this is how it is suppose to be, can you please explain to me the reasoning behind it? Thank you.

I think the idea is that "reflection probes are special". That and they are generally made to surround an area and can be easily selectable by accident. I don't disagree with the option being disabled by default.
That said I would like to have a more sticky "select probes" option. Maybe hide it in the advanced/developer menu somewhere?

I agree with an Advanced/Developer option to edit/remove them.
I had the lovely issue of not being able to remove mine at all when I moved my build to its final location. Had to get the Parcel Admin to delete it, so it could be recreated. Thankfully, I named it from the get go "Reflection Probe" in case it needed to found and Returned.
edit/update/note of interest: The parcel admin was on "regular" Firestorm (vs Firestorm 6.6.17 (70368)) and can interact/edit it like a normal prim, just its invisible and Phantom.
