Transactions History (UUID in the exported file request)

It would be very beneficial for business owners in Second Life if you could include the key of the avatar next to the name in the exported file (eg. CSV). This would help when avatars change their names and the user (business owner) needs access to the historical data for any given avatar.
The way it is now, unless the business owner keeps their own records externally, they have no way to differentiate between a new customer and a name change.
Kind regards,

Thank you for taking the time to suggest adding avatar UUIDs to the exported Transaction History (e.g., CSV). You’re absolutely right that name changes make it difficult for merchants and other business owners to reliably match historical transactions to the same resident over time.
We found this is a duplicate of an older report from Second Life’s previous bug tracking system, and we’ll be tracking it there:
BUG-228547
. We’re marking your post as tracked/duplicate and consolidating feedback so the use case (especially for accounting, customer history, and dispute resolution) is captured in one place. While we don’t have an ETA to share, adding your details helps demonstrate the impact on real business workflows—please keep an eye on future updates, and thanks again for helping improve Second Life.
