Windlight Interface

Philip might be the only Linden who remembers this but - we use to have a brilliant Windlight interface - see photo.
Instead of a color chart popping up when you wanted to adjust the lighting - you used sliders - which changed the light in real time so you could monitor your surroundings instead of trying to move a clutter of windows around trying to see what you’re trying to light.
The open window at the top of the picture was for time of day - which actually changed the lighting progressively from day to night. The Sun/Moon - East Angle in the bottom window moved them like keylights while preserving your overall lighting.
I could have the windlight window off in the corner and use it for active adjustments while filming - and could save adjustments as I went along as new settings.
Not in this picture was the day cycle editor - simple and obvious.
I don't have much hope of this getting fixed - but with Philip back, I thought I'd ask one last time.

Kyle LindenYes - but after all these years asking, just getting noticed is cause for hope. Thanks!

I miss "east angle" so much. I used to be able to hop on my photo stand, pick my usual windlight, and slide the east angle to the same number and have the exact same perfect lighting for every vendor photo in seconds. Now I have to mess around with that annoying sphere thing and end up with bad lighting using the same windlight as before. I gave up and had to start using inworld lights but I really miss the ease and uniformness of east angle. I still miss it.
