Add more water regions to Satori east coast to fully complete it

I am very happy that Satori is getting a proper east coast. But it isn't quite complete yet.
At least one more water region needs to go south of Ptesanwi to complete crossing there, as moving between Ptesanwi and Ninisinna by boat is almost impossible.
And there are other crossing points on the east coast which currently rely on privately owned parcels, which might vanish if these parcels were to change ownership or become abandoned in the future.

Also, please check that residents do not physically or visually encroach upon protected water in region corners... this may be a governance issue but perhaps you might suggest that these are given priority when ARed

Thank you Lindens! These changes will be appreciated by all sailors and aviators who now have a new shorter route to and from Bellisseria, not to mention allow all to explore the beauties of Satori.

To update, there is the all new and shiny region Mitsumi, filling the required space to circumvent the region Afanasyev.
Jessicas remark about the corner in Strathcona being privately owned still looks valid as of now.

For the record it should be noted that the inner corner of the Steinhauer-Morant crossing trough strathcona is not protected water but resident owned. Currently open, but if it changes owner anything can happen there.

Reason for this request spelled out would be that there is no protected corner crossing in Afanasyev that would allow a safe passage between Ninisinna and Ptesanwi and the little mesh island in the current corner doesn't leave much space at all for boats to travel safely.
