Add trees to Linden Home Content Creation Packs

I don’t understand why the Linden Home Content Creation Packs still don’t include trees that match each region’s style. I want to create beautiful landscaping for my home, but it’s quite difficult to find trees that look like they belong in the area. It would be wonderful if the packs included themed trees, making it easier to create landscaping that fits the region’s aesthetic.

Hello 03h00! Thanks for the suggestion! The Content Creation Team appreciates your appreciation for their landscaping. <3
Occasionally, we do review Linden-provided content like this for improvements, updates, or changes. As we do not have any idea when this may occur, we do record the ideas and suggestions from our Residents for consideration.

i had no problem finding trees and other landscaping things for my Linden home. Thing is, you have to look. i take my time with landscaping and i don't expect to have it done in a day. If you add a little at a time as you find it, you get a beautiful landscape for your effort. it is very unlikely that any one shop or the Lindens, will produce everything you could ever want for landscaping. That doesn't happen in rl and will never happen in sl where there are simply more choices. Also, you need to balance the amount of LI you have available with the look that you want and that often takes a bit of time.
Look for homes that have landscaping you like and then click on the object to find out who made it. Open that person's profile and find their shop. Go to their shop in world or on mp. Honestly, that's the best way to find things you like in any type of decorating inside and out. i happen to like a lot of colour in my landscaping but most of my colourful trees also have the option to be green. i live in Harmony Wells at The Tumbling B&B, come by and take a look at my landscaping and see what i'm talking about and the variety of merchants i've used. There is not one shop where i could have gotten everything i wanted in looks, versatility and LI.

jonanthan McMillan i think you missed the point of the request. Plus, the other content is free in the packs; the same trees and flowers used thematically could be too. A perq to add to the other perqs.

did you ever look at the li of the used trees in Belli ?.. you better spend a few lindens at a store for lower li trees, so you can keep your furniture

Personally, although there are a couple of Belli trees that I would dearly love to own (those Logland dogwoods, mmmm), I'm fine with them not being included in content creation packs. I enjoy hunting down vegetation that is compatible with Mole landscaping, and inworld nursery businesses make a lot of money from trees. Plus, it's not unusual for RL homeowners to plant trees that don't match native trees in their neighborhoods.
What I WOULD love to see in the content packs is a few of each theme's ROCKS. Rocks are much harder to match than vegetation, and I'm hard-pressed to come up with any rationale for why a parcel's rocks should be in any way different from the rocks in the surrounding area.

Nice idea. I'd get behind it simply because I think plants and other landscape elements really add to a home's character.
However, shrubs and trees, especially good looking ones, can be quite prim-heavy, which will use up the Linden Home prim allowances fairly fast. Many of the Linden Home neighborhoods include trees and other landscaping already, and those are not factored into prim costs for a Linden Home parcel, they're "HOA planted" so to speak.
Perhaps having a control panel function inside the home could hide or show pre-planted trees and other elements, in line with the area's climate and aesthetic, rezzed on the budget of the region itself rather than the resident.
