Buy-Down Region 30K Pricing Update

With the latest update to region pricing, the 30K regions that are buy-down or grandfathered are now the exact same monthly tier as a new region. This overnight devalued any of us who own a buy-down or grandfathered region and removed the entire reason one of these regions was purchased.
Under the new scheme, a buy-down or grandfathered region 20k is cheaper monthly tier than a new region. However, a buy-down or grandfathered region 30k is identical monthly tier to a new region.
Is their some form or reduction in monthly tier we can expect as buy-down or grandfathered 30k region owners we can expect? It would be nice to have not just lost the entire purchase price paid for one of these regions.

We do evaluate our pricing every so often, and will update if things change. You may read about our reasoning for the recent private island pricing changes in this blog post: https://community.secondlife.com/news/featured-news/second-life-pricing-updates-r11294/
We do also evaluate how our community responds to these changes, and your feedback is considered during future rounds of pricing reviews. Should we decide to further reduce region pricing across all categories, it will be announced in our blog and or forums.
