I'm disappointed that the Premium Plus Linden Home themes Ranch, Mediterranean, and Grotto don't have community hubs.

I realise the existing hubs probably aren't very well used, but I think they're a sign of care. Their existence sends a message about how Linden Lab thinks about Bellisseria and its residents.

I also think LL makes the existing hubs unnecessarily difficult to use. You can't rez things, you can't choose the music stream, and the food and drink interactions are often dated inventory-givers. So you can't, for example, spontaneously gather with your friends (or anyone else who happens to be there) and have a picnic or a party. I don't see why Premium (Plus) residents shouldn't have rez rights to set objects out for an hour or two so the hubs could be used.

I'd like to see hubs created in the remaining themes to demonstrate that LL thinks and cares about these parts of SL as primarily communities, as well as some additional effort put into making all of them places residents might actually want to spend time and find it fruitful to do so because they can rez a few things that will persist for 60 to 120 minutes.
