Divide it into (1) Copperfield on the Coast (East, West, North, South) and (2) Copperfield Interior. (Residents select from their dashboard ).

Coastal residents might enjoy driving/sailing, while Interior residents might prefer riding horses/ranches. This distinction could help potential residents easily find the right spot.

Also consider:

(1)A river running North to South, and another East to West.

(2)Copperfield Town and Central Business District with parcels (1024/512 sqm) sold preferentially to Copperfield residents, and

(3)Linden Copperfield Mall rentals for commercial space.
