Connect Gaeta I & Corsica continents together with the SS Galaxy!

Move the SS Galaxy permanantly halfway between Gaeta I and Corsica continents, acting as three parts of a new thirteen-region connection corridor between Second Life's two most northern continents.
The traffic generated in this corridor between Gaeta I and Corsica would give the SS Galaxy much more exposure and is a more fitting location for such a grand cruise ship, out in the open sea, instead of being beached alongside its current Linden Homes theme location as a curiosity or relic where she's ignored and forgotton about.
Gaeta I continent would also benefit from having direct access to the rest of Second Life for the first time in it's history too, with more visitors, more accessibilty, more land sales, more rentals, more Residents.
And if Gaeta I runs out of land space, then perhaps the missing east section of the continent can finally be built too?

Hello Sarah! Thanks for the suggestion. We do not currently have plans to remove the SS Galaxy regions from their current location.

Would this impede the use of the corridor by ships of all kinds (thinking aircraft carriers as extreme case)?

Bavid Dailey No, the width of the Galaxy does not take up the entire 256m width of it's three regions. The Galaxy's regions have very generously sized waterways either side of the Galaxy's hull. The western waterway side is a whopping 94m wide, while the eastern waterway is 78m wide. The Galaxy already has a north-south orientation and would fit quite comfortably into this proposed north-south water/air corridor.
