Heterocera Atoll continent, obviously being an atoll, features a large circular inner seawater lagoon which encircles an smaller inner island with it's own lake.
But this circular lagoon's water level is extremely shallow in parts, the water level may only be 1 or 2 metres deep in the south-eastern areas of the lagoon close to the continent's southern coastline and near to the ANWR Prim Rig channel.
Low water levels are bad for yachts with long finned keels or deep drafts and may not physically be able to pass through or across these shallower lagoon areas and become grounded, beached and trapped! Meaning some sailors can't even sail into or out of the Heterocera Atoll lagoon!
I propose that the LDPW undertakes some badly needed surveying and appropriate dredging works and deepen the worst affected areas to a minimum water depth of no shallower than 5 metres deep. And if 20 metres is possible, even better! :)
