GFS Fuel Pumps at certain rez zones

One of the biggest difficulties in SL, is exploring using a vehicle with a fuel system. Lot of individuals - Myself included - use vehicles with the fuel system enabled, and at some point...we're going to need fuel, and gas stations are sadly far and few between, especially in Bellisseria, where it's strictly residential.
Having the ability to refuel our vehicle - be it aircraft, helicopter, car/truck or even boat - would I feel greatly increase the chances of people wanting to RP, travel and explore mainland SL.

Hello Kyle! Thank you for the suggestion! We may be able to add some fueling options for vehicle users near some rez zones or on other types of public parcels, but it may be best to utilize the options present on Resident-owned parcels for the time being.
If an area of mainland does not seem to have many options, please provide locations we can review for these types of additions. You may present them in a new comment here, or via a support ticket using the Land & Region > Other Land category. Thanks!

You could run this on the old Busy Ben's model. If someone wants to put out gas pumps, you provide the land and they pay for it.
I don't see LL as having a role in providing this for free, as it's essentially free advertising.

Huns Valen it's not like the gas OR pumps cost anything. NTBI offers them for free (and they're the only ones that offer the pump for free - that I'm aware of).
Not to mention, you'd only need a parcel not even 1.5 M wide by 1M deep for a pump. LL charging for a spot doesn't help RP any. IF anything I think it would hinder it.

either way, there's no reason LL couldn't come up with their own. Shouldn't be that hard I wouldn't think....

Oatmeal Linden sorry to take so long to get back to you. I had My CPU cooler fan go out on Me and it took a bit to get it replaced, but I'm back and operational now :)

I'm more concerned about LL doing free advertising for vehicle vendors. They should pay proportional to the benefit they receive.

Huns Valen that's fair. IF LL wants to make their own GFS pumps, I'm good with that. Right now, the only free one is from NTBI. Tbh, I think it would be cool IF the moles did like a retro Texaco style one.
