Give Zindra some Mole love, please !

it would be nice if Zindra (the continent hastily built to host the Adult refugees after the demoting of all the ”Mature” main land sims to ”Moderate” status), could get some love from Lindens and Moles...
I mean, we really need it to be brought on par with older main land continents (with public rez zones on roads at each sim border, better public buildings, the addition of water sims and protected water channels to allow sailing all around the continent, the addition of land sims with some hills and mountains, etc).
Also, why not moving it closer to the other continents on the grid (it's just an offset to change in sims coordinates), and link it via an ”Adult channel” to the rest of the SL seas ?...
EDIT: oh, and I almost forgot... Please, fix public parcels (especially roads) permission flags, so to allow scripted vehicle entry and let people providing public transportation have their scripted automated vehicles roam freely the roads of Zindra. E.g. YavaScript PODs, SLGI Transportation System, etc...

I agree with the OP and the other posters 100%
For those of us that have premium memberships and do not live in Belli nor do not want to live in a HOA environment would really like to see some upgrades and completed connections in order to enjoy what Mainland has to offer.
Belli gets all the investments. That isn't due to demand it is due to a choice of one person who is in charge of those things. (He said it in a Lab Gab interview last year.) Stating that Mainland is the last on the list of priorities.
Zindra desperately needs the updates as mentioned from other posters.

In order of priority:
- Finish the edges with a basic coastline, like is done in Belli after a theme hits it's edge.
- Make the spots like the Zindra Mall, Bronlen cafe, and such reservable for events just like the builds in Belli are.
(Alternatively parcel them up and sell them - I don't like this but it's better than as is.)
- Make that basic coastline navigable - at least a tiny strip of protected whatever all the way around the continent.
- Rez zones. Lots of rez zones.
- Remove the "lights" on the roads around zindra downtown - or at least cut their range to not cross over into private parcel space.

I fuilly agree that Zindra is half done. The gap in road between Kerano and Harriott a shocking example of a plan ended before completion.
The value of land in Zindra and success of Horizons illustrates demand and is a good business argument to complete development

Zindra definitely needs some love and care. Both in how roads are set up (northwestern sector is just awful, with roads split in half by sim crossings), how few roads go through the southern portion, the amount of visual clutter, annoyances, ugly designs, oversized billboards in the sky, etc. It would also benefit from the ability of residents to attach private sims directly to the continent, to expand it and make the Adult part of SL come back to mainland. Everyone is using Private Regions, leaving the Adult community fractured.
