I was wondering, at what official time does the 5 home counter for Linden Homes reset. Is it Midnight SL or some other time?

As far as I know it is a 24 countdown for each attempt. So if you try ones at 5am , 7am, 9am, 11am, and 1pm... you will be locked out until 5am when you get one attempt back, then another at 7am, another at 9am, and so on.
