LearningCenterDT not teleporting residents who fall below the build

I occasionally direct-teleport to LearningCenterDT, and it's honestly good that the teleport is open and relies on the experience to recover people who've fallen below the build.
Except that seems to have failed in this case. I teleported, fell below the build, and currently am at location <169,66,23> without being experience-zapped back into place.
If possible, please do not fix this by forcing all teleports to the LZ. It can be useful to pop in close to people sometimes.

Having poked about, it looks like an invisible prim is being used to teleport people on collision, and <169,66,23> is outside of that prim's range. Well. guess that should be an easy fix c:
