Linden Home to have full textures

Hello!
After raising a ticket for the issue, i was advised to get in contact with you here.
I have encountered an issue with a sort of pet project. I am converting the attic space in 'Ranch' Style Homes - LH Ranch - Knotty Pine - Open plan v2.0 AAp to be exact, as it has an attic/loft access.
I am trying to create it so that it is a little boxier as seen here >
But the problem I encounter is that the roof beams are not in the home controller so i can not update them to match the rest of the home, similarly unable to change the outside wood texture floor of the patio, stone work, tiles and ceilings of the premise.
The woodwork applies to only the styling trim inside the premises and excludes the loft/roof beams. And the floor is only internal again but does include the loft/attic space flooring.
My main question is though. In the Creator pack it has all the textures for the premise except the roof beams. Is it possible if i can get the textures for them as i would like to get my wooden beams matching the roof ones.

I am going to up-vote this but would like to say I also have a Ranch home but would like to have access to the newer PBR LL home contents that come with the newer homes.

On further inspection, it doesn't have the wall textures either. For both interior and exterior walls
