Nautilus Continent - Create A Link Road Between Linden Routes 13 & 14

Linden Route 14, on the southwest side of Nautilus continent is currently isolated from all other sections of Nautilus' overall Linden Route road network.
But there is a relatively "easy" fix using abandoned vacant land.
Link Route 14 to the closest point to Route 13. This location winds through the regions of Grolphook, Servo and Baddest.
I propose this new link road be built and paved to the plan below, which has two possible route options:

I'd like this just not right there. There were times when this could have been done very simply with a mostly straight connector, but LL refused when we suggested it and rather sold the land in Wunb and Grolphook. It would be better to wait for more abandoned land in that area and only consider a proper connection when it can be done better than this.
