Please fill the "Bellisseria Rectangle"!

There is a two-region wide rectangular void in Bellisseria's seas, located between the Log Homes and Stilt Homes themes. I like to call this void "The Bellisseria Rectangle"!
Just like the real world "Bermuda Triangle", the "Bellisseria Rectangle" is a hazard to both sailing and flying and is also annoying to navigate around. What's the point of this void? Why does it even exist?
Please plug this strange void with two more Stilt Homes regions, or preferably two more protected water homestead regions. The void's grid positions are located at 1058,978 and 1059,978.

I think they just forgot about this spot, Really Wet and the regions east of it have already existed in 2020 when they built the woodlands (log homes) area, then they added the regions at the north coast and Nothing Here and Pencil Point to make the tunnel to the ranch area, as well as Overdraft and Shad Experience, and somehow they left that gap of two regions in the middle. Maybe they needed those for shopping events and couldn't finish this job here.
