Reassign the Magellan Linden "Horizons" Adventure activity regions to [M] rating

There's nothing inherently "Adult Content" about the Horizon's adventure minigame. All-ages content like this should not be locked behind an access wall that Child Avatars are now blocked from accessing.
If having A-rated regions abutting non-A-rated regions is an internal content management concern, relocating the 6 region island might be an alternative approach.
Relocating these regions from direct-connection to the Horizon's sub-continent could also allow for better connectivity between the N, S, E, and W road systems, as well as possibly creating a location to offer a Bellisseria-style "Fairgrounds" for public reservation for Adult-themed events.

Yes, you touched upon one of our cardinal rules. We do not have Adult and Moderate regions connected to one another as this would open persons to being in a situation where they are exposed to adult content across region boundaries who have not indicated in their viewer settings that they wish to access such content.
This does not block access to the Horizons game for anyone 18 and older who wishes to play however. It would merely require that they not do so while wearing a child avatar to comply with the new policy on such avatars.
The option of moving the game outside of the Horizons sub continent is a much more involved prospect and is not something we are considering at this time.
