Rebuild/Rethink new Bellisseria road bridge(s)

Today, I found that the LDPW had built two brand new road bridges outwards from the Bellisseria island of Bartlesmoor to act as a road link between the Traditional and Ridgewood Enclave themes. (LM: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bartlesmoor/22/124/39)
Bartlesmoor used to be an island that any sized boat or ship could sail around, or pass on their way to further destinations.
Sadly, that has ceased to be, the north/south sea route now has two road bridges perpendicular east/west across it in Bartlesmoor and now blocks all tall boats or ships which have masts which cannot be made "phantom".
Please rethink these bridges. I am not against the idea of these two road bridges (I agree that LH themes should all be linked by roads!), but I think at least one of these two bridges should be rebuilt either much taller, or with clickable-timed opening "bascules", or with road tunnels to allow the taller masted boats and sailing ships that used this route to continue sailing through it.
Jeogeot continent to the south of Bartlesmoor is a nearby popular sailing destination, as its Gulf area contains civilian marinas and is also an active combat area for large warships.

Perhaps a bridge like the one in the North channel of Bay city would work well there.

SarahKB7 Koskinen There are just so many of these throughout Mainland continents, many of them are so subtle when you're on the road it's not even noticeable they are actually drawbridges. It's incredible that they can't - okay let's be blunt, they
don't want to
spend a little extra time making two pieces instead of one and putting the scripts in them.Shield Markus
I was sitting on that bridge last night thinking about the sailing through there. Now that second bridge really isn't good. I agree with taller bridges "soon".

Hello, and thank you for your feature request regarding accommodating physical tall-masted water vehicles through the Bellisseria regions. Unfortunately, time and resources are currently limited for making changes like this to existing content. This may change at some future point, and we will keep your request in mind.
We appreciate your input and encourage you to continue sharing your ideas to help improve Second Life.

Oatmeal Linden, I was there when both bridges were installed. I was amazed at how fast they went up. Ridgewood is still in development. It’s not like the bridges have been there for 6 months.

Oatmeal Linden That's why you take time for planning and design in the planning and design phase, and poorly planned and designed work shouldn't pass QA. If you still had QA which you clearly don't - or now it is not only the Bellisseria railroad network that is not subject to QA but the road network either - these things should never pass. Similarly to how Chippewa Junction was ruined to place an oversized, poorly made town hall model too close to the railroad, thus completely ruining the station, not only how it looks but the guides and switches are missing as well, which had been there for years before.

Marisa Starbrook They don't have quality assurance anymore so this is what they are capable of when they need to build something: slap-jobs.

Oatmeal Linden, The bridges are there just 2-3 days, a short mast fits. But let's see when they circumnavigate Belliseria during next weekend.
Ah... and there is a tree in the air there :)

Samara Sharkfin That's what I'm talking about. No QA. Otherwise there would be a huge red marker above that tree to point out it needs to be repositioned or deleted, and obviously the bridges wouldn't have been built like that either.

Oatmeal Linden This island has been bridge free since 2019. Please roll it back!

The scripts and auxiliary hardware (open/close switches) from Bay City are ready to go. It's a mostly-solved problem.
Give me the assets and put me in a group w/ land rights for a few days. I'll fix it for you, pro bono.

Essential for planning and building a bridge is to determine what traffic is to expect. Each average engineer even a playing child knows whats needed for road users as for the water vehicles. So, c'mon LL you can do better!

They should have never added bridges to an island.

Gorgeous Aurelia I was surprised they put that new P+ area right there in the first place. There are a lot of gaps through Bellisseria that should be filled with regions, but instead of doing so they keep adding new themes to the ends that could have just stayed world edges. It makes no sense. Why they thought they had to take a road to that area through the Bartlesmoor island is another mystery.
They didn't put more effort into the new area's design and quality either, actually.
First they still use rectangular street corner pieces, the reasoning behind which used to be "If we rounded the corners, these pieces wouldn't be 3-5 LI but 6-10 instead." So here, quite unprecedented, they thought "Okay we make the rectangular street corners BUT then we put these 'inner curves' at the corners too, after all each of these pieces is ONLY 5 LI! That's exactly why we don't round the street corners but it's just fine for decoration!" (Not to mention how ugly these "inner curve" things are. What the heck is this?)
Then they also managed to misalign those big landscaping items almost at every driveway, in some cases leaving a patch of terrain between the sidewalk and the wall (that's the better case) and in other cases they placed them right onto the sidewalk. Not even a little but by about 1/4 width of the sidewalk. They have no QA anymore. These are big slap-jobs.

Oh they did it again, didn't they. They have done the same at other parts with the relatively or really low bridges so it is not a surprise. We need flying ships!
It's really weird that they were able to build drawbridges everywhere in the past (on mainland continents) but it is apparently too much to ask for on Bellisseria waters. Too much effort goes into building shopping event places.
