I was in the neighboring region of when I got a notice that the region was restarting. I jumped over to Modest on the road, and sank into the floor once I changed regions.

It seems that the road tile has a prim on Obscure, but the space is blank when Obscure is offline.

I think a prim needs to be added here, to support pedestrians and vehicles before/after a crossing.
