Sansara Second Sea Extension

The north of Sansara continent has a great big gaping void in it which is unnavigable to both boats and aircraft.
'The Gap' is an uncompleted area of Sansara which essentially cuts northern Sansara into two halves, requiring a long detour south which makes journeys longer, more annoying and inconvenient with the continued presence of 'The Gap'.
I propose that 'The Gap' be closed with a new extension to the existing Second Sea (aka Mare Secundum) and extend the Second Sea northwards, reducing journey times and route complexity.
The extension to the Second Sea could also continue further northwards up to an estuary which splits into a T-shape for two additional channels.
The first channel, a westward one, could become a second direct channel to (and from) Heterocera continent. This makes moving between the two continents much more easy than navigating boats and aircraft through Sansara's notoriously narrow inland protected waterways and allows a second option if the ANWR channel is offline for restarts etc.
The second channel from the estuary, an eastward one, could bridge the Linden Estate regions together and allow navigation to them as they're currently isolated from the mainland northern regions by voids.
Please consider filling 'The Gap' in Sansara with this Second Sea Extension, something it hasn't had for the last 23+ years and is long overdue for.
Also, please consider the idea of a northern estuary and two channels which connect Heterocera and the Linden Estate to the Second Sea.

Hello Sarah! Thank you for the suggested additions to the Sansara coast. We are currently reviewing locations for any additional water homesteads where needed along mainland coastlines. We are marking this as tracked for future consideration for any inland updates to mainland. Thanks again!

This would be a great project. Perhaps adding Linden homes that are sailor friendly. Examples would be the tiki homes, stilt homes, pier homes or land based linden homes with navigable channels through them. This may require the shifting of current residents sims to these areas or a build it and as they fill reducing the homes in other areas.

William Carver Linden Homes inside Mainland isn't possible. Different covenants. Water Homesteads regions are cheaper than a Linden Home region to maintain, have a capacity for up to 20 avatars and much smaller object LI allowances.
