Should All Of Bellisseria's Themes Have Seasons?
expected
SarahKB7 Koskinen
The most recent Linden Homes themes in Bellisseria have seasonal changes in them, affecting the terrain, plantlife, street surfaces, street infrastructure and sometimes the houses themselves.
But these seasonal changes do not happen in the earlier majority of the Bellisseria continent. Perhaps ALL of the Linden Homes themes should change at the same time too? Equitorial hot themed places need not change very much, or at all though.
Would it be possible to retroactively upgrade all of the earlier Linden Themes to change seasons at the same times as the newer themes? If this is all possible, should it be done?
Dispersing those who love seasonal changes to the rest of Bellisseria would undoubtably increase the occupancy of earlier themes too, without spending the time and worry of having to wait for a limited number of newer seasonal changing themes to become available to them.
So, should the earlier Bellisseria themes have seasons? Upvote this request for yes, or leave a comment below for no.

Having snow on my beach and needing to shovel off my Tiki deck would irritate the crap outa me... :)
For regions of Belli that would naturally have season, it should be like an environment setting. Turn it on/off as needed and it doesn't make the neighbors look...odd...if they don't follow the weather scheme.

Hello Sarah! Thank you for the suggestion. Each Linden Home theme has it's own features and qualities, and several do offer seasonal changes (based on Earth's northern hemisphere). New themes yet to come may also offer changing environments, and others may not include this in favor of offering other features or elements.

No. If you want a seasonal theme, then select a seasonal theme.

Sounds as if each region has a 'microclimate' that would likely change differently based on time of year. Winter in the Chalet region would involve snow, whereas Med and Tropics regions would likely just get random rain effects, wet streets, and the like.
What would probably work best for seasonal changes would be plantlife. Flowers in spring, full foliage in summer, fruit and then fall colors in autumn, and then (if the plants are deciduous and the climate is 'cold' enough) bare branches in winter.

Depends on the theme, some suit it, some won't. Tikis, stilts and Meds spring to mind. Ranches would suit it alongside, logs, trads campers & Vic's. Good idea but doubtful it would be retrofitted. Be a lot of work. Would rather see more updated options house wise and more fantasy themes.

I do wish the campers could have seasons... at least in the non-beach areas. Campwich Forest and the surrounding regions SO need snow in the winter time. Imagine the fun snowmobiling around.
