Swap Out Select Existing Pre-Pbr Bellisaria textures to PBR Ones

Scattered Across Various Parts of Bellisaria are ponds and lakes, perhaps one could consider upgrading the water textures and landscape textures to PBR ones.
Also as i previously mentioned and got action on there is a Train Station on Shallow Springs that needs a Rez zone.

Hello spirit! Thank you for your feature request regarding updating textures and terrain on older Linden Homes theme regions. This suggestion has been brought up in the past and will be set to tracked. We have no estimate when it may be implemented, but please keep an eye on future updates.
Regarding the rez zone request, we will review the location to determine if this may be accomplished without disruption to other content in the region.
