There should be no instant-autoreturn protected land anywhere.

You have not managed to fix botched region handoff, and this often results in having to re-sit on my aircraft, or even being dumped off of it. And then it disappears before I can sit on it again.
The first problem is hard to fix. The second problem can probably be fixed automatically with internal tools.

Hello Huns! Thank you for the location information!
This is being marked as "working as expected": The Blake Sea and some other public areas are set to disallow object entry outside of their rez zones; this is intentional, to protect the adjacent resident-owned parcels.
Here is what may be happening: When you un-sit voluntarily or otherwise while on a parcel that does not allow object entry, your vehicle is then considered a regular object and will be removed from the parcel and (hopefully) returned to its owner.
Unfortunately, region crossings can disrupt a camera POV (if scripted, it may recover, or it might reset at the next crossing). If traveling along a physical object such as a roadway, a collision event may occur and suddenly change the direction of travel. In rare cases, a rough crossing can unseat an agent from a vehicle.
If you encounter issues like these on mainland regions, you may be able to request a region restart via our support chat bot by providing the region(s) name(s). If the region can be restarted, this should refresh its capabilities for physics events, running scripts, and agent entry/exit.

This makes it frustratingly difficult to navigate through water sims that were put in place specifically _for_ navigation. This is hindering a lot of travel on a daily basis, and I think that bad result is happening exponentially more than whatever problematic behavior this is intended to address.
I can remember one time in the last year when I was at a parcel that got bothered by some invisible moving wall that rolled in from far away. But this effect happens to me almost daily. Surely, there can be some balance. You can kill an ant with a shotgun, but why?
Since the problem is surfacing due to botched sim handoffs, it feels like we're getting whacked twice. I'm asking for a little consideration there.

Hello Huns! We are sorry to hear about the region handoffs being somewhat bumpy for you. Are you experiencing this issue at a particular location or in a general area? Are you seeing any messages in your viewer with the issue?

This is common in Blake Sea sims and I've also seen it in the water sims just south of Bellissaria, where it joins up with Jeogeot.
There's no viewer message aside from "Your obect ____ has been returned..."
The odd thing is some of these have non-zero autoreturn, like 5 minutes, and the sim returns the aircraft in a few seconds anyway, even though it had just entered the sim less than a minute ago.
A good place to see it reliably is Fame, in the vehicle park: https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Fame/210/148/104
Objects tab explicitly says that auto-return in 5 minutes. To repro this, I flew over the sim border from Fortuna, stood up a few seconds after entering, and my airplane was returned about five seconds after that. (UI says that number is specifically minutes, but it's acting like seconds.)
Interestingly, if I fly another airplane to Fortuna (one sim east from Fame), the Objects tab says the auto-return time is 10 seconds (not 5). I stand up, 10 seconds go by, it's not returned. A full minute, still not returned.
Therefore, this is not just the field saying it's minutes when it's actually seconds. The behavior is different even between these two adjacent sims.
Not specific to the 5-minute setting, either. Nearby (just southeast of Fortuna) is Mnemosyne, a water sim with a 5-minute autoreturn. I flew into the sim, stood up, waited 30 seconds, airplane wasn't returned.
Looks like either version or config drift to me rather than the autoreturn logic itself.

Here's another one: Blake Sea - Nelson. 10-minute autoreturn that happens in ~5 seconds.
