While the Fantasy theme was an attempt to appeal to the same sort of vibe as the old Fantasy Linden Homes, it's not really much like it even in feel. Fantasy was one of the more interesting themes in the original run in my opinion (it was the only one of the original "Linden housing" I ever ended up having, and I kept mine for a while- though admittedly I've kept my camper for longer now, but helped that I could split that land allotment with some mainland)- I'd like to see something similar in the new homes, especially since you're entirely discontinuing those old homes now.

More of that wizardy/hobbity fantasy theme would be nice sprawling next to the newer more elvish style, maybe continue on the continent with some other fantasy styles and environments eventually to choose from- a more traditional forest-forest near the night forest, eventually giving way to other terrain for another fantasy theme.

"Sky city"

So here is a new take on a classic: pick an altitude, let's say 800 high, and make only the floating homes like a city in the clouds, with some neon guidelines as roads/limits and floating buoys for controlers.

For parks and decoration, floating parks on anti-grav platforms, the sky is not even a limit.

Some homes can be hovering ships, some resembling Weyland-Yutani stations, or even a flying saucer, tying with people asking for a space theme.

In this region, the ground level is the "skybox" region where any rezz goes (like today is the 2000m and above).

Or even better, make this with no land but a 500 deep ocean, so those who want an underwater neighborhood can find their place too.

Alpine Theme (different from the "Aspen Ridge" theme)

24/7/365 snow only theme, with gigantic mountains, skiing and sledding routes and European mountain valley village style homes. Basically the Winter Wonderland regions, but on a much bigger continent-sized scale.
