VOLUNTEER MAINLAND MOLES: No really - we will finish what you started

DETAILS: That's the idea - let people volunteer and propose projects that need to be finished on the mainland and that they think they can complete.
PROPOSAL BASED: Interested parties can submit a proposal to complete a project on a specific part of the mainland. These proposals can be in response to requests from the Lab itself, Canny Feedback suggestions, or proposals that are suggested by residents or approved by the Lab. The proposals should include any locations that can be used as a reference, the task being proposed, any required information, and estimated completion time.
CREATE GENERAL RULES: Stuff like ‘the mole needs to cater to the build of any resident that the land is near’ or ‘the mole should try and be inclusive to the local community (if any) and avoid big walls or full bright prims. Maybe they could use the Linden Homes ‘rules’? Just throwing out ideas...
THE LAB LOOSES NOTHING - ONLY GAINS INFRASTRUCTURE: These aren’t new regions the Lab is taking on (like the ones that are getting spun up for new Linden Homes). If you use Abandoned Land, it really is that simple. It’s already sitting there - abandoned - and if you put something awesome there (and promised it would never to go away like Linden Protected land), residents will buy the land around it.
VOLUNTEERS: There is an army of people that would do this right now - even if they had to pay for it with their own money on Linden owned Mole accounts. I bet there are builders and brands that would custom mesh stuff, too.
PAYMENT: If you want to pay them something, give the volunteers a gift of additional mainland tier (for X amount of time).
CHECK IN TIMES: Have a weekly report sent to a Linden - updating them on the progress and completion ETA.

For any specific requests or improvement ideas you'd like the Moles to consider, please feel free to post them here as suggestions for public land. While we can't always guarantee implementation, community input is welcome and appreciated.
Thanks again for your interest in helping shape the mainland!
